Should you wish to exchange an item due to a change of mind, we kindly request that it be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition, unused, and unworn, with all original swing tags and packaging intact.

Please note that soiled, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for exchange. Additionally, kindly note that worn swimwear, lycra, underwear, and wetsuits cannot be exchanged.

While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, provided they were agreed upon at the time of sale.


As per the Australian Consumer Law Act, refunds are not provided for change of mind.
