We understand that preferences can change, and we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. With this in mind, we offer exchanges or store credit notes for items returned within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, rest assured that we are here to assist you promptly. Simply reach out to us via our website or email, providing a detailed description of the issue, along with a copy of your proof of purchase and a photograph of the faulty item.

Upon verification, we will send you a reply-paid label to facilitate the return of the item to us. Upon acceptance of the fault, a full refund or replacement will be issued to you in the same tender as the original sale, ensuring a seamless resolution to the matter.

Should you wish to exchange an item due to a change of mind, we kindly request that it be returned to us within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition, unused, and unworn, with all original swing tags and packaging intact.

Please note that soiled, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for exchange. Additionally, kindly note that worn swimwear, lycra, underwear, and wetsuits cannot be exchanged.
